What you can connect
The provider apps Emerge.ai connects to, the named tools each one exposes, and which connectors can only read — with Cloud Settings named as the live source, because Emerge.ai adds connectors over time.
Every connector below is a provider app Emerge.ai can work with, and every connector comes with a named list of tools — the individual actions it can take in that app. For the tools that act on your behalf, you decide whether Emerge.ai must ask before using them.
The tool names here are the product's own, so you can check this page against Cloud Settings → Connectors line by line.
Emerge.ai adds connectors over time, and the tools inside a connector can change with a release. Cloud Settings → Connectors is the live list — treat this page as what was last checked against it, and check the product before concluding that something is or is not available to you. The date this data was last checked is shown at the bottom of the directory.
Read Emerge.ai can look at this information.
Write Emerge.ai can create or change something.
Emerge.ai asks you before a connector acts on your behalf — sending an email, posting a message, creating a task. You can allow it once, always allow that action, or deny it, and connector settings list every action per service so you can decide up front which ones need approval. A tool marked Always asks first asks before running by default, on top of anything else you have allowed.

Run SuiteQL query asks for your approval by default. Because it can query your ERP directly, that prompt is worth leaving in place even when you’ve allowed everything else.
NetSuite is set up once for your whole organization by an administrator, not by each person individually. If it isn’t available to you yet, whoever holds your NetSuite Integration record credentials needs to register it first.

Read-only is a real category
Four of the connectors above can only read. They can look things up, but cannot create, edit, move, or delete anything. Filter to Read-only to see exactly which four. That is the filter to reach for when you want to know the most a connector could do, not just what you plan to use it for.
The filter is deliberately strict about two cases:
- A connector whose tools are not listed here is left out. With no tool list there is no evidence either way, so it is not called read-only.
- NetSuite is left out, even though it has no tools that write. Its Run SuiteQL query tool can read straight from your ERP — the system that runs your finance, inventory and operations records — and it asks your approval first by default. Calling NetSuite read-only would understate what it can reach.
Salesforce and Webex
Salesforce and Webex are available in the product. Like every connector, their live tool lists are in Cloud Settings → Connectors — their rows above carry that pointer instead of a table, because their tools have not yet been checked against that screen the way the others' have.
Connecting something that isn't on this list
If the tool your team uses is not here, you can point Emerge.ai at a remote MCP server yourself with Add Custom MCP, and Emerge.ai treats it as a connector alongside the rest. See Custom MCP connectors.
