Getting Started
Getting Started overview
What a Cloud is, what lives inside it, and the three guides that take you from a new account to a working conversation.
Everything you do in Emerge.ai happens inside a Cloud — your team's own space for its work.
One Cloud holds:
- the people on your team, and what each one is allowed to do
- your chats and projects
- your files and your drive
- your contacts: the people and companies you work with
- your tasks and your documents
- your notifications
- the apps you've connected
- any AI models your team has added itself
- the Cloud's own settings, including which AI models people here can see, and whether Lockdown Mode is on
Your Clouds stay separate from each other. Nothing moves between them on its own — a chat or a project only changes Cloud when someone deliberately moves it.
Guides in this section, in the order to work through them:
- Invite your team — inviting by email, what each role can do, how an invite is accepted, and how to work together in a chat afterwards.
- Your first chat — choosing a model or using Auto, adding files to a conversation, and what to do when a chat doesn't respond.
- Create another Cloud — your account starts with a Cloud; this is for adding one more, and what to do at your plan's Cloud limit.
