Mobile apps
The Emerge.ai apps for iOS and Android — where to get them, what they add on top of the web app, and how mobile subscriptions are managed.
What you'll do
Install the Emerge.ai app on your phone, sign in to the same account you use on the web, and know which capabilities are the mobile apps' own.
It is the same account and the same Clouds on every surface. What the apps add is what a phone can do that a browser tab can't.
Getting the app
- iOS — Emerge.ai on the App Store.
- Android — Emerge.ai on Google Play; search for "Emerge AI" in the Play Store.
What the mobile apps add
These are the mobile capabilities the plan page lists, worded as it words them:
- Mobile Local Models — download a model to the device and run it there. Which models can be downloaded is shown in the app itself; see downloadable models on mobile for how local models behave.
- Airplane Mode — with a model downloaded, chat keeps working offline.
- Apple Watch (beta) — chat from your wrist.
- Widgets & Camera — home-screen widgets, and photo capture straight into Emerge.ai.
- Share to Emerge.ai — the system share sheet sends content into Emerge.ai from whatever app you are in.

Plans bought in the app
A subscription purchased inside the mobile app is billed through the App Store or Google Play, and that is where it is managed: the product's billing page shows Managed on mobile, with Manage on App Store and Manage on Google Play buttons instead of the web billing controls.
For everything else, the app hands you to the web: the Account link in the mobile app opens your billing settings in the browser, with a fresh sign-in so you land on the right account.
Definitions
- Local model — a model downloaded to the device and run on it, so chat works with no connection.
- Managed on mobile — the product's label for a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play, which must be changed or cancelled from the store's own subscription settings.
