Cloud settings now have a page of their own, with a tab for each area. Star the files you use most in Drive and find them all in one place. Plus a keyboard shortcut for starting a chat, common error messages in your own language, a password checklist, smoother scrolling, a clear report on how a batch of invites went, plainer handling when a subscription lapses, and fixes throughout.
Cloud Settings page (New Feature)
- Your Cloud's settings have a page of their own: Cloud settings now open on a dedicated page, with a tab for each area
- One sidebar for everything: Security & Access and Lockdown Mode work now; General, Usage, Plan & Billing, Users, Skills, Connectors, and AI Models are listed as placeholders
- Your security settings moved with you: Security and lockdown settings now live on the new Cloud settings page
Drive favorites (New Feature)
- Star the files you keep coming back to: A star button sits on your files, in both the grid and table views
- All your starred files in one place: A favorites page, reachable from the sidebar, collects everything you've starred
- The star responds straight away: Starring or unstarring a file shows immediately
Chat improvements
- Start a new chat with a keystroke: Cmd+K on a Mac, Ctrl+K on Windows, opens the sidebar and takes you to a new chat — in the project you're already working in. A tooltip shows the shortcut so you don't have to remember it
- Errors in your own language: 18 messages for common situations — permission denied and model overloaded among them — are translated, and appear right where the problem happened
- See which model answered you: Every reply names the model that actually handled your message
- Ask again after you stop a reply: Stop a reply midway and you can ask again, or edit your message and ask again, without refreshing the page
Member invite improvements
- Inviting people is easier to follow: Inviting members and managing the ones you have both happen in a cleaner layout
- See exactly who got in: Invite a group and a summary tells you, person by person, whether it worked — and when it didn't, why: already a member, invalid email, subscription limit, or user not found. Those reasons are translated too
Scrolling in chat
- The scroll-to-bottom button knows when you need it: It appears when it's useful and stays out of the way when it isn't
- The page doesn't jump while a reply arrives: The extra space added while a reply is in progress closes up smoothly instead of snapping
- Open a chat at the latest message: Opening a chat takes you to the most recent messages again
- More room for the conversation: The chat box and the space around messages are slimmer, leaving more of the screen for what you're reading
Password requirements (New Feature)
- See each password requirement met: A checklist marks off 8 or more characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character
- Wherever you set a password: The checklist appears when you sign up and when you reset your password
When a subscription isn't active
- Lockdown Mode needs an active subscription: A banner tells you when yours isn't active, and Lockdown actions are unavailable while it isn't
- So does managing members: Member management is unavailable while a subscription is inactive
- An expired subscription is clear about it: Buttons are turned off and templates are hidden while a subscription is expired
- Pay an unpaid invoice from the alert: A Cloud creation alert about an unpaid invoice links you straight to paying it
When a Cloud is deleted (New Feature)
- You're told when a Cloud is gone: Emerge.ai notices when a Cloud no longer exists — because its owner deleted their account, for example
- And you're not left on a dead page: A message you can't dismiss explains that the Cloud was deleted, then takes you back into the app
Profile pictures
- One photo across all your Clouds: Your profile picture now belongs to your account rather than to each Cloud, so it's the same everywhere
Look and feel
- Easier to read in light mode: Contrast is better throughout the app
- A model icon sized for phones: The model picker's icon is updated for small screens
- The profile menu is reordered: Settings items in your profile menu appear in a new order
- Deleting from a panel behaves: The delete confirmation and the panel no longer interfere with each other
Bug fixes
- Member chats keep working after an owner deletion: Chats no longer break when the Cloud owner's account is deleted
- Project names can't be blank: A name made only of spaces is no longer accepted
- Files download under their real names: A download keeps the file's correct name
- Templates show in chat settings: They display correctly again
- Search and clicks behave: Searching for files works, as does the notification center, and the date picker responds to clicks
- A missing page says so: An address that doesn't lead anywhere shows a proper not-found (404) page
- Links take you where they should: Incorrect redirects are fixed
- Upgrade takes you to billing: The upgrade button opens billing settings
- Deleting your account lands in the right place: Account deletion no longer sends you to the wrong Cloud
